Come join us on our 100-plus acre farm and stroll through our orchardand pick some fresh fruit. You’ll be able to “get away” from the stress and the pressure of your normal life while you’re on our farm. Enjoying our orchard property and having a quiet country experience is good for anyone. Bring your family, friends, or significant other and see for yourself. 

We’ll get you all set up with what you need to do some apple picking and relaxing while you’re here. You won’t regret unplugging for a bit and enjoying the spacious outdoors of Central Pennsylvania. Northhill Orchard also has lots of fun orchard activities for you to enjoy in addition to just picking your own apples.

Apple Picking Options For You

We have several varieties of apples available for apple picking in our orchard. If you want to know exactly which varieties of apples are available for picking give us a call! If you have any questions about the orchard or activities feel free to call us or fill out a contact form. Otherwise, just plan your visit and bring your friends and family to enjoy our orchard and fall activities! 

Our Apple Picking varieties this season include: Ginger Gold, Gala, Golden Delicious, Rome, Mutsu, Stayman, McIntosh, Red Delicious, Honeycrisp, Empire, Jonagold, and Fuji!

We’ll answer any questions you might have when you fill out a contact form or give us a call. If you have questions, we’ll answer them and help you make the most of your time at the orchard.

Everything You Need To Know About Apple Picking

We provide 4 apple picking bag sizes.

You don’t need to bring any containers with you. We supply the bags you need to pick apples in our orchard. We have small to large bags perfect for children all the way up to adults (we’ll even give you a 1/2 bushel-sized box if you’re really serious about your apple picking!).

Pets are not allowed.

We are sorry, but due to Federal Food Safety Regulations, pets are not allowed in the orchard.
